Shipping and Return Policy – Sleepa

Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times depend on the destination.

Shipping Methods

We deliver orders:

• within Finland via Posti as either a parcel or a letter. Letter shipments do not include tracking.
• to the rest of EU as a parcel.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Any customs duties and other import fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Right of Return

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the product.

The returned product must be:

• unused
• clean
• in resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, used CPAP cushions cannot be accepted as returns.

Return Instructions

Before returning a product, please contact us by email at: info@sleepa.fiThe customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error.

Defective Product

If a product is defective, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price.
